Who Do I Write For—and Why That Audience Matters I have asked myself this question more times than I can count, and the answer has never stayed the same. It evolves as I evolve. What I know now is that I don’t write to fill space or chase approval—I write to make sense of what I carry. Early Challenges: Uncertainty Early on, one of the hardest challenges I faced was uncertainty. I wrote without knowing who was listening, if anyone was listening at all. I questioned whether my voice was too heavy, too quiet, too honest. That uncertainty made feedback feel personal, even when it was well‑intentioned. What are your biggest challenges? My biggest challenge right now is learning how to slow my mind down. I tend to think far ahead, focusing on where I’m trying to go instead of recognizing how far I’ve already come. I notice this most when I’m working on long-term goals and start feeling impatient with the process. Even when progress is happening, it doesn’t always feel like enough. Dealing with this is teaching me how to be more present, more disciplined, and more honest with myself. It’s helping me understand that growth doesn’t always look loud or fast, but it’s still real and meaningful.
