HIGHLIGHT OF THE FIRST WORLD ART SUMMIT BY LAEP

(An article by Nelly Vee, founder of KRAFTY PAGE CHRONICLES)

The 1st World Art Summit emerged as a remarkable international celebration of creativity, peace, and cultural unity, bringing together artists, poets, cultural ambassadors, and creative visionaries from across five continents in a vibrant global encounter dedicated to artistic expression and human connection. Organized within the framework of the 9th World Art Day, the 78th World Entrepreneurship Day, and the Latin America Entrepreneurship Program – Neoestudiempresas 2026, the summit became a powerful symbol of intercultural dialogue and global solidarity.

Presented by Latinoamérica Emprende Tecnológicamente Neoestudiempresas, the event formed part of the institution’s international cultural world tour, a continuing initiative designed to unite art, entrepreneurship, education, and technology through collaborative exchange among nations and cultures. More than a formal gathering, the summit created a shared artistic space where creativity transcended borders, languages, and traditions.

This inaugural edition carried special emotional significance after the organization faced the unexpected hacking of its original institutional account, forcing the event to be officially rescheduled. Rather than allowing the setback to overshadow the celebration, organizers and participants transformed the challenge into a demonstration of resilience and unity. The summit ultimately stood as a testament to the enduring strength of culture and the ability of art to flourish even in difficult circumstances.

Artists from diverse cultural backgrounds participated in the event, contributing poetry, visual arts, literature, music, and cultural reflections that highlighted the universal language of creativity. Throughout the summit, participants emphasized the importance of artistic expression as a bridge between nations, encouraging mutual respect, understanding, and peaceful coexistence.

One of the most prestigious moments of the celebration was the presentation of the International Artistic Excellence Award, a distinguished honor recognizing artists whose work and dedication have made meaningful contributions to global culture, artistic collaboration, and human solidarity.

The International Artistic Excellence Award was presented to five outstanding artists:

  • Tran Thang — Vietnam
  • Nhu Binh — Vietnam
  • Le Trieu Hong Linh — Vietnam
  • Margaret Barker — Australia
  • Timothée Bordenave — France

Among the distinguished honorees, Vietnamese artist Tran Thang received special recognition as one of the summit’s most celebrated award recipients, representing the strong and growing presence of Vietnamese artistic voices on the international cultural stage. His contribution, alongside fellow Vietnamese awardees, highlighted Vietnam’s rich literary and artistic spirit within the global creative community.

The official dedication accompanying the award reflected the spirit of the summit itself:

“Your voice, creativity, and dedication to art and poetry have enriched this international gathering and contributed to the celebration of hope, peace, and human solidarity through culture.”

The awards were formally presented during the celebrations of the I World Art Summit, the IX World Art Day, and the 78th World Entrepreneurship Day, recognizing not only artistic excellence but also the power of culture to inspire hope and collective understanding.

Throughout the program, speakers and participants reinforced the idea that art is far more than aesthetic expression alone. Discussions explored how creativity also fuels education, leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, and social transformation in the modern world. Through the Latin America Entrepreneurship Program – Neoestudiempresas 2026, organizers encouraged emerging artists and young cultural leaders to use their creative voices as instruments for positive global change.

The summit promoted values of cooperation, innovation, cultural diversity, and international friendship. Artists shared not only their work but also their personal journeys, experiences, and visions for a more compassionate and interconnected world. The atmosphere of the gathering reflected genuine solidarity, demonstrating how cultural exchange can strengthen human relationships across continents.

By bringing together participants from around the world, the 1st World Art Summit evolved into much more than an artistic event. It became an international platform for dialogue, resilience, and cultural diplomacy, a living example of how creativity can overcome boundaries, differences, and adversity.

As the summit concluded, organizers extended heartfelt gratitude to all artists, participants, and supporters worldwide, inviting communities everywhere to continue spreading the message of peace, imagination, and solidarity through art.

The spirit of the 1st World Art Summit remains enduring and universal: art continues to unite humanity through beauty, creativity, and hope.

The Present Smells Like a Rose: A Poetic Masterclass in Grace and Resilience

The Present Smells Like a Rose: A Poetic Masterclass in Grace and Resilience by KPC  Some poems don’t ask for attention. They earn it—line by line, breath by breath. In this latest feature from Krafty Page ChronicleS , Vo Thi Nhu Mai delivers a piece that doesn’t just sit on the page. It moves. It carries weight. It reminds you what quiet strength really looks like. “The Present Smells Like a Rose” is not just poetry—it’s presence. A Journey Through the Stanzas The opening doesn’t hesitate. It establishes identity with clarity and intention: “She enters the world with steady light / History learns her footsteps by heart.” That’s not introduction—that’s declaration. This is a woman who doesn’t wait to be recognized. She becomes the standard. “Steady light” isn’t loud, but it’s undeniable. It doesn’t flicker for approval. It remains. Labour, Culture, and Courage The strength in this piece isn’t one-dimensional. It’s layered, ...
